A Note for OnState Free Trial Program Participants
First we would like thank you for taking the time and resources to evaluate the OnState solution. We trust that you will find that Skype and OnState can be readily integrated into your business processes and fundamentally change the way that you provide customer support and services.
During the free-trial period, both Skype and OnState will take note of your experiences and adjust our feature offerings and processes. From time-to-time this may result in service outages and/or certain functions being disabled or unavailable. We will make every attempt to notify you in advance of these changes, but it should be noted that during your free trial period, the system should not be considered a full production-ready service offering.
Tools and Documentation
Registered users will have access to our library of user guides and online tutorials.
We will continue to refine these resources based on your experience and
notify you of any updates. The documentation and online demonstrations
will be supplemented by our FAQ. This section will allow you to query for answers and post requests. The FAQ is organized into areas of interest, including questions and comments on system configuration and feedback on existing or requested new features. You can monitor these discussions by subscribing to the RSS feeds. This will allow you to be automatically notified when we, or a member of the community, post a response to your inquiry.
